Founded in 2009, during the second wave of technology in Vietnam, Tiki started as an online book business platform based on the B2C (Business To Customer) model. Later, Tiki developed under the B2B2C (Business to Business to Customer) model. Currently, Tiki is an all-in-one e-commerce ecosystem, consisting of member companies such as:- Ti Ki Company Limited ("Tiki") is the unit that establishes and organizes the e-commerce platform www.tiki.vn so that sellers can conduct part or the whole process of selling goods and services on the e-commerce platform;- Tikinow Smart Logistics Company Limited ("TNSL") is a provider of end-to-end logistics services, transportation services, postal services for www.tiki.vn e-commerce platform;- Ticketbox Company Limited brings the leading event ticket service, movie watching;- Ti Ki Trading One Member Company Limited ("Tiki Trading") is a unit selling goods and services on www.tiki.vn e-commerce platform.www.tiki.vn is among the top 4 largest e-commerce platforms in Vietnam along with Shopee, Lazada and Sendo.In 2021, Tiki Global Pte. Ltd. received the transfer of 90.54% shares of Tiki from former shareholders. At present, the ownership ratio is up to 100%. Although Tiki does not comment on the establishment of Tiki Global Pte. Ltd.; however, according to many speculations, Tiki Global Pte. Ltd. has been established by existing shareholders of Tiki. The purpose is to prepare for plans to raise capital as well as IPO in foreign markets. Please note that as of March 2023, this company has 1 lot of bonds of VND 1,000 billion maturing.
