Ltd. received the transfer of 90.54% shares of Tiki from former shareholders. At present, the ownership ratio is up to 100%. Although Tiki does not comment on the establishment of Tiki Global Pte. Ltd.; however, according to many speculations, Tiki Global Pte. Ltd. has been established by existing shareholders of Tiki.
