July 1, 2007: FPT Online Services Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of 40 billion VND;
In addition, the company has also participated in the online advertising market since 2000 with the main product being the electronic newspaper VnExpress.net. With 10 years of experience, FPT Online is currently the number 1 online advertising unit in Vietnam, accounting for nearly 50 of the online advertising market.

On June 21, 2007, FPT Online Services Joint Stock Company was granted Business Registration Certificate No. 4103007072, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City with an initial charter capital of VND 40,000,000,000, the 11th change on December 22, 2015 with a charter capital of VND 140,853,360,000.
March 10, 2008: Became a public company;
From July 1, 2010, FPT Online officially merged in terms of organizational structure, financial accounting, and licensing procedures. More than 600 employees of FPT Communication, FPT Visky, and FPT Online became one family. FPT Online Company has operated effectively since the merger and up to the present time.
