1978: The company s predecessor was Military Factory 26, established in July 1978.
1981: The company changed its name to Enterprise 26.
1996: The company changed its name to Company 26
In 2005, the company gradually implemented Decision No. 1358/QD-BQP dated July 1, 2005 of the Ministry of National Defense on the equitization of Company 26. In December 2006, the Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 3614/QD-BQP officially approving the Company s equitization plan and converting Company 26 into Joint Stock Company 26 with an approved charter capital of 50 billion VND, the State owning 51 of the company s charter capital. And was granted the first Business Registration Certificate No. 0102117423 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City on May 15, 2007.

2006: The company officially transformed into Joint Stock Company 26 with a charter capital of VND 50 billion
On October 30, 2017, Joint Stock Company 26 was approved by the State Securities Commission as a public company.
2018: The company traded for the first time on the UPCoM floor with the stock code X26 on July 9, 2018.
