Ukrtelecom PAT is the largest fixed-line operator in Ukraine, providing a wide range of electronic communication services throughout the country. In 2011, the company founded the operator "TriMob," which offers mobile communication services using UMTS/WCDMA technology. In 2015, Ukrtelecom began a large-scale network modernization.
