Planet Technology Corporation (Taiwan, China)

Formerly known as Pride Technology Co., Ltd., Planet Technology Corp.was established in January 1993. In February 1997, it obtained its first ISO-9002 certification. In September 1999, it launched Gigabit Internet products, entering high-speed Internet era. In 2000 it launched Internet and broadband communications products, officially entering the era of network and communication integration. In January 2001, it obtained the second ISO-9002 certification. In July 2001 Securities & Futures Commission approved public offering of stock. In the same year it launched an Internet gateway, and successfully applied to Internet voice products. In December 2002, its stock went listed in OTC market. In the same year it launched the third layer intellectual-type routing switches and multi-port VDSL switches entering higher-order network era.
