Founded on December 4, 1967 and headquartered in Taipei, New Asia Construction & Development Corp. operates as a project construction and engineering company in Taiwan. On May 5, 1993 New Asia Construction & Development Corp became an officially listed company with Category A Shares. Since its establishment it has undertaken various roads, bridges, tunnels, canals, and other civil engineering projects; and constructed office buildings, national housing projects, schools, factories, hospitals, hotels, and transport activity centers.
