Nantex was founded in January 1979. In August, 1992 it got approval granted for the public listing of the Company's stocks. The plant of Nantex has been purposely designed to be well integrated, housing five manufacturing units that produce synthetic rubber latex, acrylonitrile-butadiene (NBR) rubber, insole, carbon masterbatch compounds and thermal plastic elastomer(TPE). Through the years, we have been persistently upgrading our products and improving market development through productivity growth, effective cost control and clear production and marketing strategies. Our subsidiary in Mainland China, ZHENJIANG NANTEX CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CO., LTD, has been on a smooth growth pattern since the start of its operation.
