MKS Corp. (Taiwan, China)

In May 1983, the company was set up in Taipei City mainly dealing with the R & D and manufacturing of the membrane key switch. In March 1985, it moved to Yonghe City. In August 1993 it began the R&D and manufacturing of the soft lines. In December it passed the ISO9002 international quality system certification. In August 1999, it added the R & D and manufacturing business of the touch switch. In June 2000 it invested MNR (Cayman) Inc. and began the mainland business of silicon rubber products. It also set up Tucheng factory. In December 2003, it transferred the ISO9002 certification to the ISO9001-2000 international quality certification. In June 2004 it established MKSGROUP (Mauritius) Company and invested in LIHUA (Mauritius) Company. In January 2005,it invested to set up MEMTRONICS (BVI) Corporation. In July, it passed the ISO14001 international environmental protection system certification.
