The date of establishment was October 26, 1989. Hong Jie Circuit Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 with a rent factory in Taoyuan County engaged in the printed circuit boards. In 1991 it passed the U.S.UL certification and in 1996 it passed the ISO9002 quality certification by the Commodity Inspection Bureau of Ministry of Economic Affairs. In 1997 it purchased AOI, CAM and other sophisticated equipment. In 1998 the company went public. In 2000 it passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification. In 2002 it passed the QS-9000 and TL-9000 system certification. The main business includes: all kinds of printed circuit board (PC board plating), the manufacturing, processing and trading of the insulation board; the trading on the above materials; the general import and export business (except business licenses);agents in the preceding paragraph tender offer domestic and foreign manufacturers products distribution business. It plans to develop the new products: blind and buried via process development; laser (CO2) drilling process development; strengthen the smaller aperture (4mil or less) process development; 4 strengthen closer line (2 / 2mil below) process development.
