Hua Eng was founded in 1956. The company began it first operation as Hua Eng copper and Iron Industrial Co., Ltd. On October 5, 1987, we changed our name to Hua Eng Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. In the following year, July 11,1988, Hua Eng were public listed in Taiwan.The initial production of Hua Eng focused on copper wires. Since 1960, we have introduced new technologies from overseas and technically cooperated with Showa Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. Currently, we are capable to manufacture various kinds of power cables, communication cables, optical fiber cables, optical fiber passive components, and high quality oxygen-free copper wires.
