Infodisc Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in April 1995 and received ISO9002 certification in 1997. In May 1997 its subsidiary Infodisc Technology USA, Inc.(ITUSA) was set up. In March 1998 the company applied to Securities and Exchange Commission for making up IPO. Infodisc was listed in OTC in February 2002 and publicly listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in September 2001. In December 2002 the company received ISO9001:2000 certification. Infodisc Technology Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the processing, manufacture, distribution and trade of pre-recorded media discs and stampers. The Company provides compact discs (CDs) and digital versatile disc (DVDs), including compact discs - read only, digital versatile discs - read only, name card compact discs - read only and name card digital versatile discs - read only. The Company's products are used for storage of music, image, software and games, among others. During the year 2009, the company obtained approximately 96.5% of its revenue from its optical information products. The company distributes its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets, including the United States, Japan and Europe.
