Established in Nov. 2005, Cowealth Medical Holding Co., Ltd., a Cayman Islands Investment holding company, is mainly engaged in Import and Export trading of large-scale medical equipment and supplies for clinical testing. The main operations branches are in Shanghai. The clients are mostly large-scale and medium-scale hospitals in China. Cowealth Medical Holding Co., Ltd. is a distributor of medical equipment, reagents and components, without developing and manufacturing business. The manufacturers of the products for cooperation include Accuray, Hitachi, Siemens, Abbott, Roche, etc. The company purchased radiation oncology treatment equipment and application products of clinical examination and then sold to the users.
