The company was founded on May 8, 1980 Founded in Kaohsiung, the main businesses being the processing and marketing of beans and vegetables. In 1982 it set up the production plant in Kaohsiung Dashu Country. In 1983, Taipei Office was established. Taichung Office was established in 1986. In 1990 it set up the factory in Pingdong Chaozhou, engaging in beverage production. 1991 its Kaohsiung factory obtained FDA approval. In 1996 its Pingtung plant obtained FDA approval.On January 30, 1999, its stock went listed in OTC market for trading.
