On May 11, 1990 AXIOMTEK Co., Ltd. was established in Mingquan Road, Xindian City. In March 1991 it set up product lines of data collection and processing Card (DAC) and created its own brand. In May 1992 it set up the industrial-grade chassis (IPC) product line. In April 1993 it set up SBC card (SBC) product line. In April 1994 it invested to set up U.S. subsidiary AXIOMTechnology,Inc.USA. In August,1994 it introduced ASDC integrated manufacturing management system. In February 1996,it passed British SGS ISO-9001 quality assurance system certification. In August 1996 it set up the embedded single board computers (ECP) product line. In July 1997 it set up in the British Virgin Islands WILLY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (later changed its name to AXIOM TECHNOLOGY (BVI) CO., LTD). In January 1999 the company went public. In April 1999 it invested to set up the German subsidiary Axiom Technology Deutschland Gmbh. In December 1999 the company's general-purpose instrument measurement and control application software won the eighth "Taiwan Excellence Award”. In June 2000 the company set up in British Virgin Islands AXIOMTECHNOLOGYTRADING (BVI) CO., LTD. In August 2001 it invested in the French subsidiary AXIOMTEKSAS. In June 2002 it put forward emerging applications for OTC stocks.
