In November 1986, the company was set up dealing with the manufacturing, processing and trading business of various glass lenses and lens setting up. In 1999, it developed 1.3 million prime digital camera lens. In 2000 it passed the ISO-9001 international quality certification and developed 2 million prime digital camera lens. It invested in Vietnam to set up factories in Export Processing Zone. From 2002 to 2004,the following products were developed and in mass production:1200bpi, 1600bpi and 2400bpi scanner lens, 2 million prime digital camera lens module;3 million prime CMOS digital camera lens,3 million prime CCD digital camera lens module,3 million elements CMOS digital camera lens module,4 million digital camera lens element.
