Mardin Çimento was founded in 1969 as a subsidiary of Oyak to produce various types of cement. Nowadays the company has an annual production capacity of 2.0 million tons of clinker and 3.0 million tons of cement. The company sells to both local and foreign markets. Mardin Çimento holds TS-EN-ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Certificate, TS-EN-ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certificate and OHSAS 18001 - Occupational Health and Safety Assesment Series Certificate. in 2020 the company changed its name to OYAK Cimento.
