MFC Asset Management Pcl is a fund management company located in Bangkok, Special Governed District of Thailand. It was incorporated on March 14, 1975, under the name "Mutual Fund Company Limited." The company's objective is to raise savings from the public and develop the country's capital market. It is a collaboration between the Thai Baht State and the International Financial Corporation (IFC). MFC Asset Management is authorized by the Ministry of Finance to engage in securities business, specifically "Investment Management Business," since December 29, 1975. In 1993, the company applied for registration as a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and received approval on November 12, 1936. In 2001, the company changed its name to "MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited" to better reflect its fund management business and be easily recognizable to customers and investors. The company also introduced a new logo during this time.
