Frasers Hospitality Trust (Singapore)

Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT) is a Singapore-based hotel and serviced residence trust. It was the first global hotel and serviced residence trust to be listed in Singapore. FHT's main strategy is to invest globally in income-producing real estate assets primarily used for hospitality purposes. The trust offers investors exposure to one of the largest international hospitality portfolios in terms of the number of keys. FHT's portfolio consists of 14 high-quality assets located in prime locations across nine key cities in Asia, Australia, and Europe. The trust is comprised of two entities: Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (FH-REIT) and Frasers Hospitality Business Trust (FH-BT). FHT's segments include Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Germany. The portfolio includes eight hotels and six serviced residences, with a total of 3,477 keys, including 2,635 hotel rooms and 842 serviced residence units.
