Saudi Fisheries was incorporated in 1980 and it is a leader in the production and distribution of fresh and frozen fish and fish products such as fillets, shrimps, fish burger, fish fingers, etc. The company has established its own farms for fish and shrimp in order to face the growing domestic demand for them. The farms are located along the Red Sea coast, close to the Saudi city Jazan and in the Eastern Province of Qatif. Saudi fisheries owns and operates factories for processing of fresh and frozen fish products and shrimp processing and a complete transportation fleet for their distribution.
