The company was established in Iasi, in 1995, as the first drug producer under full Romanian ownership from Moldavia, under the name of MARK PHARMACEUTICS SRL. In 2008 the company's name changed to Fiterman Pharma SRL.
From the modest beginning of a small production laboratory of drugs, with only four employees, in 14 years the company includes over 100 employees and about 50 products in portfolio.
