LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A. is a Polish mining company located in Gdansk. It is the only Polish company engaged in the exploration and exploitation of oil and gas deposits on the Polish Baltic Sea shelf, as well as providing comprehensive offshore logistics services, sea research support, and fleet management. Since August 1, 2022, LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A. has been part of the ORLEN Group. The company holds concessions for the exploration and appraisal of oil and natural gas deposits in three areas with a total area of 3,177 square kilometers, located in the eastern part of the Polish maritime territory. LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A. and its subsidiary also have two concessions for the extraction of minerals from the B3 and B8 deposits, which are currently being exploited. In 2021, LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A. maintained hydrocarbon production at a level of 5.7 thousand boe/d (barrels of oil equivalent per day). The company's production assets include five platforms: two drilling platforms, three production platforms (including an unmanned PG-1 platform), multi-purpose tugs, patrol and rescue vessels, a tanker, and a land base with a loading dock. The LOTOS Petrobaltic Group's subsidiary, Energobaltic, deals with the utilization of associated gas accompanying oil extracted from the Baltic Sea floor. In the Władysławowo Cogeneration Plant, the company generates electricity, heat, LPG, and gas condensate from this gas. Companies from the Miliana Group provide maritime logistics services for LOTOS Petrobaltic, including oil storage and transportation, rescue and spill response assistance, and geotechnical work.
