EKO-OZE S.A. (formerly Dent-a-Medical S.A.) is a public company listed on the ASO New Connect market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company is currently not engaged in operational activities in its previous area and is taking steps to change its business profile. EKO-OZE S.A.'s previous activity focused on managing dental services. The company offered access to dental services directly to individuals and through cooperation with entities offering medical service packages to individuals or group workplaces. The new strategy of the company for the years 2021-2024 includes: 1. Entry of the company into the photovoltaic segment; 2. Conducting photovoltaic projects directly by the company and by entities in which the company will be a shareholder; 3. Implementation of photovoltaic parks and cooperation with producers of photovoltaic panels and equipment, as well as installation of photovoltaic parks; 4. Preparation of documentation related to the design and creation of photovoltaic parks; 5. Acquisitions in the field of photovoltaics; 6. Entry of the company into the waste processing and management sector.
