It was established on February 28, 1978, with an authorized capitalization of P1.0B and is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. The company has a vast inventory of land in the Province of Rizal. Initially engaged in mining explorations, the company purchased an 800-hectare island property in Busuanga, Northern Palawan called Apo Island. However, due to complicated exploration activities and lack of funds, the company decided to shift its focus to real estate development. As a result, the company changed its name to IRC Properties Inc. and sold the island property to clear its properties for development. Currently, the company owns fourteen mother titles with a total land area of 21,587,133 sqm in the Municipality of Binangonan, Province of Rizal. The area is located east of Metro Manila and is considered the new growth corridor outside the National Capital Region. The company has also segregated 220 individual titles with an area of 1,812,882 sqm through land clearing. Additionally, the company owns a 1.3-hectare property in the Eastridge Golf Village, which it plans to develop into a condominium residential/commercial project.
