8990 Holdings, Inc. (HOUSE) is a holdings company located in Makati, Philippines. It was incorporated on July 08, 2005, originally as an information technology and telecommunications services provider. However, on October 1, 2013, the company changed its name and primary purpose to that of a holdings company. In May 2012, Iholdings, Inc., Januarius Resources Realty Corporation, and Kwantlen Development, Inc. gained control of the company through the acquisition of 61.4% of its outstanding capital stock. In May 2013, the company acquired several real estate companies, including 8990 Housing Development Corporation, 8990 Luzon Housing Development Corporation, Fog Horn, Inc., 8990 Leisure and Resorts Corporation, 8990 Davao Housing Development Corporation, and 8990 Mindanao Housing Development Corporation. After disposing of its information technology and telecommunications business in 2012, 8990 Holdings, Inc. now operates as a low-cost mass housing developer through its subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2013, the company has completed 58 mass housing projects and is currently developing 20 more mass housing, medium-rise buildings, and high-rise projects.
