Fajarbaru Builder Group Berhad engages in investment holding and provision of management services. The principal activities of the subsidiaries are construction, manufacturing of readymix concrete, trading of construction materials and property development. The Group is also registered as a turnkey contractor with Petroliam Nasional Berhad. FBSB is also a certified ISO 9001:2000 company since 2002. A vertically -integrated construction set up, FAJAR is involved in building and civil construction projects through its wholly owned subsidiary, Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd. The company undertakes ground works, piling works, infrastructure works, structure works and super-structure works. Centrepac Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of FAJAR, is engaged in project management. The Group is headed by Dato' Ir. Kuan Peng Ching @ Kuan Peng Soon (Chairman / Non-Independent Non-Executive Director) and Dato' Ir. Low Keng Kok (Managing Director cum Chief Executive Officer). The company was incorporated in 1993 and is based in Kuala Lumpur.
