The Company activities include the ownership of shares in Kuwaiti and foreign shareholding and limited liability companies; financing and sponsoring entities in which the Company has an ownership interest; the ownership of industrial rights, such as patents and industrial trademarks; the ownership of movable assets or real estate, and other related activities. The Company has two subsidiaries, United Gulf Construction Company WLL, which is engaged in general construction, contracting and investment in ready mix concrete manufacturing plants, and Jeeran Gulf Real Estate Company KSCC, which is engaged in the ownership, sale, purchase and management of real estate and property.
The Company is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company was incorporated in 3rd of June 2001 with regestration No. 84855.
The Company listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange in 6th of March 2006.
The Company become delisted from Kuwait Stock Exchange on 25 June 2017.
The Company listed again on Kuwait Stock Market-OTC market on 18 November 2018.
