Shinhwa Silup Co., Ltd., located in Ansan, is a company that was founded in 1956. They specialize in the manufacturing of tin-plated steel and have been in operation for several decades. Over the years, they have expanded their operations and achieved various milestones. In 1967, they completed the construction of their tin-plated steel melt manufacturing facility Units 1 and 2. In 1972, they acquired KS certification for tin-plated steel. They continued to grow and in 1975, completed the construction of their tin-plated steel melt manufacturing facility Unit 3. In 1978, they developed their own electric plating line. In the 1980s and 1990s, they expanded their business internationally, exporting their electroplating lines to China and South America. They were also recognized for their achievements, winning the $1 Million Export Tower Award in 1994. In recent years, they have undergone changes, including the appointment of a new CEO in 2018 and completing an environmental improvement project at their Ansan headquarters in 2021. In 2022, they changed their name to Shinhwa Dynamics (SHD) and completed the upgrade installation of SHEAR Unit 2 (LM2E).
