The company operates in three business divisions: Pellicle division is engaged in manufacturing LCD pellicle, a thin, transparent membrane that seals off the mask or reticle surface from airborne particulates and other forms of contamination; TCU division is engaged in manufacturing compressor type chiller, heat exchanger type chiller, thermo-electrical type chiller and temperature and humidity control unit; and NPD division is engaged in manufacturing EUV Metrology as well as R&D activities to develop various other applications used in lithography process. Fine Semitech Corp. also operates in markets including UK, Japan, Taiwan, China and USA. The company's headquarters is located in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do Province, South Korea. Fine Semitech Corp. was incorporated in 1987 formerly known as Fine Semiconductor Technology Co.
