Bahman Diesel Company, located in Tehran, was incorporated in 1382 with an initial capital of one billion Rials. The company's main focus is on producing light, semi-heavy, and heavy trucks and minibuses. In December 2013, they began trial production of 6-ton trucks under the license of ISUZU Japan. The company officially opened on March 19, 2013, on the old road of Karaj, with the then Minister of Industries in attendance. After the successful production of the 6-ton truck, Bahman Diesel expanded its production to include the 8-ton Isuzu model truck in 2014 and the Isuzu light truck with a gross weight of 5.2 tons in 2015. In January 2015, the company relocated to Alborz Industrial Town to enhance production space and optimize production lines for increased and diversified product output.
