PT. Panin Sekuritas Tbk. (PANS) operates in capital market activities including stock broking, underwriting, investment management and other activities, of which PANS has obtained license from the Capital Market Supervisory Board (Bapepam). PANS has six division as follows: corporate finance division (there were three main activities, which include assisting potential clients to prepare documents for underwriting activities including initial public offering, right issue; acting as a financial advisor for clients), fixed income division (provides trading services for bonds, commercial papers, promissory notes and negotiable certificate of deposit), brokerage division (gives information and recommendations, which have been compiled by its research department for medium to long-term investment purpose), investment management division (issued three kinds of mutual funds), research division (makes fundamental analysis on publicly listed companies and/or companies which will offer IPOs) and operational division. PANS was listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2000 under the Main Board. The company was founded in 1989 and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
