Losinjska Plovidba Holding d.d. is a company located in Mali Losinj, Croatia. The company has a long history, dating back to 1850, when it was known for building the largest wooden ship in the Mediterranean and the first steel sailing ship in the eastern Adriatic. In 1969, the company expanded into the tourism industry by acquiring the ship Marina to improve connectivity between the island of Losinj and Pula and Zadar. Lošinjska Plovidba was established on November 27, 1958, with its main activities being the transportation of goods and passengers in domestic and international maritime traffic. The company also operates a campsite in Poljana near Mali Losinj, which was opened in 1975 and has since developed into a family-oriented campsite. In 1985, another campsite called Lopari was opened, known for its spaciousness and active holiday options. In 2002, Lošinjska Plovidba underwent a transformation and registration process, resulting in the establishment of Lošinjska Plovidba - Holding d.d. as a central company with full responsibility. Within the holding company, there are three subsidiary companies: Lošinjska Plovidba - Brodarstvo d.o.o., Lošinjska Plovidba Brodogradilište d.o.o., and Lošinjska Plovidba - Turizam d.o.o. Since 2015, the operations within the holding company have been carried out by Lošinjska Plovidba "Brodogradilište" d.o.o. and Lošinjska Plovidba "Turizam" d.o.o.
