Jadran d.d. is a hospitality and tourism company located in Crikvenica, Croatia. It was formed in 1964 through the integration of four hotel companies: Crikvenica, Esplanade, Therapia, and Villa Danica. Over the years, Jadran has expanded its portfolio by building new properties and acquiring existing ones in different locations such as Selce and Dramalj. The company offers catering and tourism services at hotels and resorts of various categories, providing over 2,500 beds in 1,250 rooms and 1,700 lodgings in camping facilities. In 1993, Jadran became a public liability company, and in 2018, the majority share of the company was acquired by two Croatian mandatory pension funds - PBZ Croatia osiguranje and Erste plavi.
