The Company was registered in the Commercial Registry No.172256, Cairo and No.53091, Giza.

1992: The Company was listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange on April 7, 1992.
2016: The Listing Committee held on March 23, 2016 has approved to change the name of Arab Ceramics (Aracemco) to be the Arab Ceramic Co. Ceramica Remas effective March 24, 2016 trading session.
