Heimstaden S.R.O. is a Czech company within the Heimstaden group, one of Europe's largest providers of rental housing. The company was created through a corporate split of Heimstaden Czech and functions as a vehicle for ownership, management and development related activities for part of the group's residential portfolio in the Czech Republic.
