HISTORY
2018 The Company was incorporated in Cayman Islands in April 2018.
2022 On September 28, 2022 The Company was merger with Miami Swan Ltd. The ordinary shares and Public Warrants began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “THCH” and “THCHW”, respectively, on September 29, 2022.
2023: On March 30, 2023, the Company acquired the exclusive franchise right authorized by PLK APAC Pte. Ltd. (“PLK”) which is a subsidiary of the THRI, and is authorized to develop and operate stores branded “Popeyes” throughout the Chinese Mainland and Macau.
