The Company is a company mainly engaged in the development and operation of coffee, donut, and tea restaurants in mainland China, operating under the brand name Tim Hortons.
The Company offers freshly brewed coffee, tea and other beverages, breads and side dishes, and sandwiches. The Company also offers digital ordering, including delivery and self-pickup mobile ordering. The Company's restaurant chain includes company-owned and franchise locations.
For the purpose of internal reporting and management's operation review, The Company has determined that it operates under two reportable segments after the completion of assets acquisition of Popeyes, one relating to Tim Hortons and the other relating to Popeyes.
HISTORY
2018 The Company was incorporated in Cayman Islands in April 2018.
2022 On September 28, 2022 The Company was merger with Miami Swan Ltd. The ordinary shares and Public Warrants began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “THCH” and “THCHW”, respectively, on September 29, 2022.
2023: On March 30, 2023, the Company acquired the exclusive franchise right authorized by PLK APAC Pte. Ltd. (“PLK”) which is a subsidiary of the THRI, and is authorized to develop and operate stores branded “Popeyes” throughout the Chinese Mainland and Macau.
