2020 On May 11, 2020, The Commpany acquired Shanghai Ziji Information Technology Co., Ltd.
2021 The Company s ADSs have been listed on the Nasdaq Global Market since March 26, 2021 under the symbol HYW .
2022 On January 27, 2022, The Company acquired 65.26 equity interest of Grand Doctor Medical Co., Ltd.
On August 25, 2022, The Company acquired Beijing iLife 3 Technology Co., Ltd.
On September 1, 2022, The Company acquired Sincerity and Compassion Health Management Center..
2024 In 2024 and 2025, the Company underwent a series of corporate restructuring. On June 28, 2024, Santech exited the wealth management business in China by terminating contractual arrangements with its major variable interest entity (“VIE”) in China.
2024 - On August 14, 2024, the Company exited its businesses in overseas wealth management and asset management and disposed of certain subsidiaries in Hong Kong, namely, Haiyin Insurance
2025 On December 23, 2025 New York Time, Santech Holdings Ltd. (“Santech” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: STEC) today announced that it has officially changed its name to BitVentures Limited. In connection with the name change, the Company will change its ticker symbol from “STEC” to “BVC” on the Nasdaq, effective Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
2026 As of January 5, 2026, the company has transitioned from Nasdaq to the OTC Markets following the suspension of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs).
