Qinghai Jinrui Mineral Development Co., Ltd is a new type of integrated company that focuses on coal production and sales, as well as the comprehensive development and utilization of strontium mineral resources in Qinghai. The company is dedicated to the exploration, mining, and deep processing research and development of strontium series products in the Dafengshan strontium mine field in Qinghai. In November 2009, the company underwent a major asset restructuring, with Qinghai Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd., the substantial controlling shareholder, injecting the coal business of Qinghai Xihai Coal Development Co., Ltd., in which it held 100% equity, into the company. This expanded the company's main business from solely producing and selling strontium carbonate to also include coal production and sales. In 2015, the company underwent another major asset restructuring, successfully achieving an industrial upgrade and transformation from a traditional upstream coal resource-based enterprise to a midstream and downstream chemical industry.
