It was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1993. The company is primarily engaged in property development, distribution, leasing and information consulting services, as well as related construction business and venue leasing services. The company operates its businesses through property development and distribution of commodity housings, convention and exhibition operation, toll collection of Shihuang tunnel, property management, housings leasing services and project construction business. As of December 31, 2010, the company had 10 subsidiaries and three affiliates, involved in property development, project investment, property management, convention and exhibition operation, roads and bridges operation, as well as manufacture and distribution of new energy products.
