Intraco Refueling Station PLC (Bangladesh)

The Company is involved in the operation of CNG Refueling Station in different places in Bangladesh. Besides this, the company has taken the initiative to establish a LPG Storage and Distribution Plant in Gazaria, Munshiganj, to considering its potentiality and identifying the opportunity to serve the nation.

History:
2007 : The Company was incorporated in Bangladesh as a Private Limited Company vide Registration No. C-66298(3790)/07 dated 27th March, 2007.
2008 : The Company started its operation on 16 June 2008
2015 : The Company had been converted into a Public Limited Company on 28th June 2015 under the Companies Act, 1994.
2018 : The shares of the Company were listed on both Dhaka Stock Exchange on April 26, 2018 and Chittagong Stock Exchange on May 06, 2018. The trading of shares of the Company was started from May 17, 2018 in both the Stock Exchanges.
2025 : The Company changed its name from Intraco Refueling Station Limited to Intraco Refueling Station PLC effective August 28, 2025.
