1998 : The Company was converted into a Private Limited Company on January 26, 1998 under the Companies Act, 1994 and registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms.
2002 : The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on April 25, 2002.
2004 : The Company was listed on Chittagong Stock Exchange of Bangladesh on February 14, 2004.
2006 : The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange in 2006.
2025 : The Company Changed it s name from Daffodil Computers Limited to Daffodil Computers Plc effect from February 23, 2025.
