Bosnian commercial bank Pavlovic International Bank AD (PIB), which is based in the town of Slobomir, was established in March 1999 by local businessmen Slobodan and Mira Pavlovic. In the early 2000s PIB merged with three local banks - Semberska Banka, Bijeljina, Privredna Banka, Brcko and Privredna Banka, Doboj. In March 2003, PIB was OTC listed on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE). The bank operates a network of six branch offices in the country serving some 10,000 enterprises and 100,000 individuals.
