Integrated under a technological platform of last generation and with the standards of quality and security of the main markets of the world, BYMA offers a safe and transparent access to the world of the investments, to both institutions, businesses and the general public. In order to address the needs of the new capital market provided by Law 26,831, the Mercado de Valores de Buenos Aires S.A. implemented a reorganization under the terms of Article 77 of the Income Tax Law, proceeding to the partial division of its assets to constitute a new entity: Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. "BYMA", the latter being the continuation of the activity of Mercado de Valores de Buenos Aires S.A., with the particularity that the new entity has incorporated Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires as ashareholder.
