The Bolsa de Comercio de Santa Fe is a company located in Santa Fe, Argentina. It was incorporated on August 29, 1884, when it was granted legal status as the Club Comercial. The Club Comercial was the foundation of the current Bolsa de Comercio de Santa Fe. The creation of the Club Comercial was initiated on July 6, 1884, and on August 11 of the same year, the association's president, Ignacio Crespo, submitted a request for legal recognition to the Ministry of Government. The request was approved by the governor of the province, Manuel Na. Zavalla, who declared it a legal entity. The Club Comercial later transformed into the Bolsa de Comercio de Santa Fe, which specialized in commercial activities related to the agro-industrial sector and the export of cereals. The institution was officially founded on July 12, 1912, and its highest governing body, the Cámara Sindical (later replaced by the Directorio), was elected. The Bolsa de Comercio de Santa Fe and the Club Comercial operated simultaneously until they merged in 1919. The merger resulted in the transfer of assets from both entities to the newly formed Bolsa de Comercio de Santa Fe.
