First Mutual Properties Limited (Zimbabwe)

First Mutual Properties Limited is an holding company that operates commercial and retail properties in the major towns of Zimbabwe. These include office parks, high-rise buildings in CBDs, retail, industrial premises and warehouses. At the demutualisation of Afre Corporation (formerly First Mutual Limited) back in 2003, there was an amalgamation of 8 companies bestowed with ownership of the Group’s diversified physical properties. The consolidation of these led to the formation of Pearl Properties (2006) Limited which was subsequently listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange in August 2006.
