Resilient Reit Limited is a retail-focused Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) based in Johannesburg. It has been listed on the JSE since December 6, 2002. The company's strategy is to invest in dominant retail centers with at least three anchor tenants, primarily leasing to national retailers. Resilient specializes in successfully developing new shopping centers and reconfiguring existing ones to meet changing market demands. Their South African property portfolio includes 27 retail centers with a combined gross lettable area of 1,153,267m2, as well as some land holdings. They also have a Nigerian portfolio consisting of three retail centers with a total gross lettable area of 29,726m2, and a French portfolio consisting of four retail centers with a gross lettable area of 147,383m2.
