Efora Energy Limited is a South Africa-based independent oil and gas company. The Company's operations include development and production activities, energy infrastructure and selected downstream opportunities. It operates in six geographical segments: South Africa, Egypt, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Botswana and Malawi. Its pre-production development activities include drilling development wells, constructing facilities, and commissioning and preparing for production. Its exploration activities include acquiring seismic and other geophysical data to image the subsurface; developing and understanding the subsurface geology; using this understanding to predict where oil and gas might be trapped, and Identifying targets for exploration and then drilling one or more exploration wells to determine the presence of hydrocarbons. Its projects include Egypt- Lagia Oil Field, DRC- Block III, Malawi- Block 1 and Botswana- Licences 123, 124 and 125, among others.
