Usce Shopping Center D.O.O., based in the Serbian capital Belgrade, is fully-owned by the Dutch company Balkans Real Estate B.V. It runs one of the largest shopping malls in Serbia called USCE Shopping Center, which has 140 shops, a supermarket, restaurants, cafés, a multiplex cinema with 11 screens, bowling alley, a casino and children's playground. The parking lot of the shopping center has 1,300 parking places. The shopping center was built on an area of 130,000 sq. m. Its construction was estimated at EUR 150 million.
The company offers leasing of kiosks, promotional and advertising space.
