Duvanska Industrija Vranje was incorporated in 1885 as a tobacco manufacturer and in 1959 the company launched the production of cigarettes. British American Tobacco bought the tobacco firm in 2003. The Serbian arm has license to produce, market and distribute Lucky Strike, Pall Mall, Kent, Lord and Viceroy brands on the territory of Serbia and Montenegro.
