In April 2021, the Knauf Group acquired USG Boral. In April 2022, Knauf completed the merger with USG Boral with the goal of diversifying products and building solutions under the brand name Knauf. The subject - Knauf Gypsum Co., Ltd is operating under the command and control of its parent company - Knauf Holding Sdn.Bhd. belonging to the Knauf Group. This group currently does business through 250 production facilities and representative offices in more than 90 countries around the world. Starting from April 2022, Knauf Gypsum Vietnam offers a complete set of products and solutions to retail and project customers, including plasterboards (Knauf and Sheetrock brands), metal ceiling, decorative ceiling panels, metal frames...from two factories in the North and the South. Knauf Gypsum Vietnam will also continue to supply finishing powders and accessories to construction customers. Through this consolidation project, Knauf aims to become one of the leading suppliers of products and solutions suitable for all types of construction projects in Vietnam. Sharing with us, since the merger, the subject's staff size has increased to 250 people in 2022. The company maintained "3 in place" production during the period of social distancing. Production and business activities returned to normal since October 2021.
